Pricing Configuration

Product default pricing is based on:

1. The Customer assigned price list (if available and assuming product is assigned to it).
2. If the product is not assigned to a Customer price list, then the system will check for a price list assigned to the Warehouse associated with the POS terminal
3. If the product is not referenced on either price list, then a message will display that no default pricing is available.

Discount Configuration

Discount limits can be set by Sales Rep, i.e. each Rep can be limited as to the extent of discount that they are able to apply.

To configure these limits, navigate to More > Business Partners. Select a business partner who is a Sales Rep, i.e. they have the SALES REPRESENTATIVE check box filled in. This will make the Discount Limit tab available. The % limit and dates the limit will be effective for can then be applied to that Sales Rep:
