Info Data Auto Load

If performance lags significantly when opening an item search window, for instance in selecting products, you can change a system setting that will prevent pre-loading of data. This will usually make a significant difference in the speed. The setting is accessed via SYSTEM MENU: Info Window Data Load Configuration

Records can be created for various data-load windows. In the example below, auto load is turned off for Product and Inventory lookup:
